As we embark on this exciting journey, Client Rapid Diagnostic Division (ARDx) is searching for a professional Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator, in our San Diego office to support high growth in our Executive Recruiting Team. The Senior TA Coordinator is an outstanding opportunity for those who thrive in a highly matrixed environment to facilitate and proactively deliver recruitment results; effectively and proactively collaborating and engaging with others, while maximizing efficiencies and delighting the customer!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supports 3 – 4 Sr. TA Partners including Director of Talent Acquisition
  • Administering job vacancy information received from Hiring Manager via Applicant Tracking System (ATS), or Recruiter to include drafting and updating job vacancies
  • Posting job advertisements with ATS as well as coordinating and facilitating all administration within ATS for job posting and selected candidates
  • Arranging and coordinating internal and external candidate scheduling and travel when necessary, including organizing and confirming timetables and candidate communication.
  • Aiding in other interview logistics (reserving rooms, etc.)
  • Managing all candidate communications throughout the application process, ensuring it reflects the brand, its values and our employer value proposition
  • Entering candidate employment offer details into ATS and sending to candidate, to include following up with candidate via email, text and/or phone call to facilitate efficient offer acceptance
  • Updating a candidate's step and status in ATS within service level agreement (SLA)
  • Monitoring background check results; notifying Hiring Manager and Employee of successful completion as well as initiating pre-adverse process for failed background checks
  • Confirming candidate first day details with Hiring Manager
  • Closing job vacancies within ATS in accordance to OFCCP compliant processes
  • Tracking completion of on-boarding tasks in system and proactively providing updates as needed to the Hiring Manager and/or Recruiter
  • Manages and handles generic and speculative recruiting inquiries from Hiring Managers or candidates via e-mail, system or telephone and responds accordingly
  • Leveraging intellectual curiosity to proactively seek out continuous improvement (CI) opportunities, to include leading and supporting CI projects
  • Assists with Relocation (internal & external) and Sponsorship related questions as needed
  • Works small projects and coordinates presentations as needed
  • Coordinates & Kicks Off - Global TA Calls
  • Trains and mentors other Coordinators
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 7 years of Executive Administrative Support
  • 5+ years of complex scheduling experience
  • 10+ years of experience with standard office software, such as the MS suite and Outlook to include complex scheduling
  • 10+ years of experience working with various stakeholders at all levels, strongly prefer work experience with Director level or above client groups
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior bio-tech, life sciences, or healthcare industry experience highly desired
  • Prior experience working to Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or recruiting is highly desired
  • Taleo and Workday experience highly desired
