Role Description:
The Emerging Business Renewal Operations team is responsible for the integration of acquired businesses in to the Renewals book of business. This position will be responsible for driving Emerging Business process efficiencies, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional process alignment.

-Own all standard reports and dashboards related to renewal business management, including the creation of ad-hoc reporting as required.
-Work with Emerging Business Finance team(s) to support period-end financial close and revenue reporting.
-Responsible for all data management needs of the Emerging Business Renewals organization.
-Manage all aspects of the Emerging Business Renewals business processes to optimize business performance and improve reporting accuracy
-Define, prioritize, and drive automation projects to streamline processes and deliver improved results.
-Create operational process documentations.
-Integration of acquired products into standard renewals management process

Required Skills/Experience:
-5+ years demonstrated success in operations or similar role
-Experience using or administering Salesforce CRM
-Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills
-Excellent at excel and powerpoint
-High degree of flexibility, versatility, and self-motivation are key
