Job Duration-3+ months contract to hire position
Job Description:Responsible and accountable for the following essential functions including handling incoming and outgoing mail and providing general office support. Duties include performing a variety of routine clerical tasks while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information. Must complete duties with a high level of quality and professionalism.

Essential Functions:
- Handle incoming, outgoing, interoffice and overnight mail in a timely manner.
- Sort and prepare live checks to be entered into the check log system. Enter checks into the check log system and run check log report.
- Assist with monitoring the unreadable report and pulling necessary original claims to provide to account supervisor.
- Assist with assignment of tasks to team members.
- Back up associates on the extractor and scanning machines when necessary.
- Handle certified mail in a timely manner while documenting log for accuracy.
- Assist with interaction and responding to the claim processing units (problems/inquires).
- Assist in providing daily leadership for associates to obtain optimal results.
- Pull documents/files as requested in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Certifications:
(1) opening - replacement
Detail oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision, multi-task, be adaptable to repetitive tasks. Comfortable coaching peers.
