General Description:
The On Premise Manager's primary responsibility is to provide day-to day support to our client including supervision of resources hired to service open needs a the client site.

The OPM is responsible for prioritizing requisitions, sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates and directing the recruiting efforts of additional resources assigned to support the account.

Other responsibilities include customer specific reporting, contractor orientation, and site specific training.

The OPM must have the ability to effectively communicate to contractors, potential contractors, client contacts and internal contacts.

Additional job duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Coordinate the fulfillment of open requisitions at the client site by developing creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified employees interested in contract, contract to hire and direct placement employment.
  • Conduct per-screening and in person interviews and make candidate selections
  • Handle on boarding of resources, assist in completion of employment documentation and new hire orientation.
  • Identify and participate in networking activities such as attending career fairs as needed and cold calling on schools, organizations, and outplacement services.
  • Maintain and manage contractor work force according to the client specific policies and procedures.
  • Handle all Employee Relations as they arise.
  • Develop and manage employee retention program
  • Manage Workers' Compensation Program and follow Injury Reporting Protocol.
  • Serve as the interface between TalentBurst client managers, plant management and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and/or staff meetings.
  • Prepare client specific reports on an ad hoc basis or as required by Service Agreement.
  • Maintain all documentation using TalentBurst's online systems and access database to track information and hiring metrics regarding candidates and sourcing strategies.
  • Execute routine audits of contractor PPE compliance.
  • Responsible for obtaining production goals to forecast the Client needs.
  • Partner with the appropriate internal resources to conduct Quarterly Business Review meetings with the Client's Executive Team.
  • Maintain a professional work environment in alignment with current Client culture.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Plant management or recruiting management role or a combination of the following: high volume recruiting for Light Industrial or Manufacturing roles, managing a high volume account, or providing on-premise support to a client.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred

Abilities and/or Skills:
  • Ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, problem solving and time management skills are essential.
  • Must be PC literate in a Windows environment including, MS Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet.
  • Candidate must also be able to represent TalentBurst in a positive manner both internally and externally. Must be flexible to travel within sites as needed.

Candidate will be required to work onsite 3-4 days a week with possibility to work remotely 1-2 days.

Ideal candidate will be able to work a combination of day shift and swing shift schedule. Must be available to handle after hour escalations and possible emergencies.
