Roles and Responsibilities


End to End management of client's standard image and End-State.
Windows, Chrome, CloudReady, MAC

•Approve/Deny Browser Extensions
•Image Governance Team Mgmt.
•Maintains Standards and Roadmaps.
•Application Delivery – Measurement and KPI's.
•Lifecycle Mgmt. – End-State Applications

Facilitates MOB (Lifecycle Management, version upgrades, patches, etc.)
•Engineering/technical lead for projects as necessary.
•Drive lifecycle mgmt. of end-state applications and environments.
•Feature Updates (Windows as-a-Service)
•Windows GPO Admin
•GMC Policy Admin
•Altiris SW Delivery
•Maintain documentation for responsible areas.
•Technical Escalation and last tier support operations and support teams (create ticket with vendors if needed).
•Measure, Maintain and Improve performance of End-State (KPI).

Pre-Requisites
•Associates Degree or higher in IT related field.
•In depth experience in Scripting and Automation (PowerShell).
•Able to perform root cause and preventative analysis.
•Detailed experience in engineering and implementing deployment solutions.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Deployment Technology and Altiris Deployment Solutions.
•General understanding of basic network concepts and topology.
•Advanced understanding and experience with implementing and managing Group Policies.
