Technical Program Product Manager II

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate program manager who can help chase things down to support multiple feature launches. Specifically, we have a known playbook to setup stores and we need a technical program manager who can execute the playbook and coordinate with various teams to ensure timely changes to configure stores.

In this role, the Program Manager would be responsible for the following activities:
· Configure software systems with merchant and warehouse information
· Configuring Physical store services to add and update store information
· Investigate any failures with setup and drive remediation
· Document and update SOPs

Required Skills
· At least 5-7 years of technical program management experience
· Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings
· Ability to debug failures in scripts
· Basic SQL experience
· Basic Experience with agile methodology and tools
· Attention to details and ability to root cause important issues impacting process or customers
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Ability to multi-task and a strong history of delivery

· Strong organizational skills and team player
· Meticulous attention to detail; the ability to juggle many tasks in parallel without lowering the quality bar
· Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in delivering world-class customer experience
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making

INTAKE CALL NOTES:
This team is responsible for new store setups, for example the new Client Store on 5th and Marion. They handle all technical aspects for the stores as physical retail stores expand. They execute and get logical stores configured in various systems to work properly. This candidate will be owning their given projects but will be supported by the team. Sometimes this team partners up to ensure they can spot check each other so right steps are in place. This person will need to be able to handle an ambiguous environment.

Anticipated work will require 35-40 hours a week.
