Description/Comment:
Our Technical Program Managers (TPM) conceptualize, rationalize, and drive multiple simultaneous projects to deliver engineering work across the portfolio in our scrum execution model. You are technical and dive deep to gain a comprehensive understanding of the platform, the integration patterns, the organizational capabilities, and the company wide assets that can be leveraged to provide technical solutions to customer problems. You contribute to the technical strategies, design choices, and even the cloud infrastructure necessary to build comprehensive believable and achievable execution plans to deliver high-profile new features and capabilities for our customers. You are comfortable driving the execution of a feature through the full stack or driving a project which span multiple teams and integrations and report meaningful status along the way.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead the delivery of Client Custom Wallet Solutions for Client key Issuers.
  • Ensure Product Development progress as planned to meet project commitments.
  • Develop and build program schedules, build project plans identifying key constraints and dependencies.
  • Manage internal and external communication about progress/status.
  • Ensure risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Lead technical troubleshooting sessions with Customers and Client Development and cross functional teams to tackle complex technical problems.
  • Work closely with Development, Product/Engineering, Customer Implementation, Issuer Engagement and cross functional teams to resolve technical issues that arise during solution delivery and integration.
  • Adapt to shifting goals and activities while managing multiple activities in parallel.
  • Build and cultivate strong internal relationships.
  • Manage escalations - escalate issues as necessary.

  • Strong problem solving skills, negotiating, influencing, conflict resolution and decision making skills.
  • Ability to lead technical meetings and communicate complex issues for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time management, documentation and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Experience and proficiency with tokenization standards, NFC and contactless and cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), microservice design and API design
  • Proven track record of continuously learning and improving scrum team execution.
  • Experience in agile methodologies (scrum, Kanban, etc.), delivering technical programs in scrum execution model.
  • Payments expertise a huge plus.
  • English speaker with native proficiency in Spanish required.
