Job Summary:
As a Business Operations Program Manager, you will be focused on managing and improving the business processes for the VP of the PTAGS (Product Tools, Analytics & Globalization Services) organization. You will take an active role in managing the teams' resources, budget, reviews, reporting and metrics. This is a challenging position working in a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to utilize your experience as a meticulous and seasoned program manager to drive timely execution and be instrumental in achieving greater business outcomes. Business Operations Program Manager is critical to PTAGS success.

Essential Functions:
• Provide program management support to the PTAGS Business Operations team
• Work with the management team in planning and managing company resources
• Work closely with Finance and/or OpEx Lead to manage the team budgets and expenses
• Keep management informed of key issues and changes which may impact expected business results.
• With help from Executive team, analyze problems and drive solutions involving business process efficiencies and adhering to company processes
• Weekly/Monthly tracking of PTAGS strategy, plan, execution and results
• Consolidate and analyze business metrics and KPIs for regular reporting and review
• Facilitate collaboration and assist in activities between PTAGS and other business units
• Support and/or drive ah-hoc projects and teams related to process analysis and improvement
Job Requirements
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• A clear understanding of the product, sales, marketing and project management.
• Experience with developing budgets and predicting project costs.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, WordPress and JIRA
• Formal training in project management practices preferred
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams towards task completion

Education and Experience
• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing some element of a business operation
• A Bachelor of Science/Arts required
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
