• What will be the day-to-day activities for this role?
This position will be the HR Leader for eCommerce Services (eCS) organization and will partner directly with the VP of eCS S to help design and implement HR strategies that foster the organization and people development for this team. The Sr. HR Business Partner provides leadership for initiatives that support talent management, performance management, new leader coaching, organizational design, change management, and employee relations. This role will need strong analytical skills and the ability to translate client goals into human resource capabilities needed to achieve results. This role will work on projects that impact the global Consumer organization as well. This role will need to be able to travel domestically and internationally, as appropriate. This role needs to be strong in leveraging data to influence leadership as they will support highly technical team.

This role will be responsible for the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives, as well as the day to day HRBP responsibilities. This role will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention and the employee experience.

This role will also work closely with other HR resources and teams to drive key initiatives and projects in areas such as such as global organization design, diversity, leadership development, and scaling annual talent management processes.

HR Leader will require the ability to dive deep into data, have flexible HR ninja skills, the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and locations around the world. This role also requires a strong sense of humor - we like to have fun while we're making history!

• Bachelor's degree in related field, Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in an HRBP, HR Management or generalist leadership role, preferably in a high tech environment
