Responsibilities
Execute against and resolve certain administrative requests (product or service inquiries, prospective customer data collection and process improvement, etc.)
Escalate prospective member requests and inquiries directly to functions or individuals that can best address their inquiry
Communicate and collaborate with relevant internal functions to best support the Sales and Marketing Teams
Assist with Marketing campaigns through inbound support and lead management activities; including extensive lead qualification
Assist Sales Team by documenting, tracking, and analyzing prospective member request trends, issues with inbound process, request fulfillment metrics, and inbound volume patterns in order to improve lead generation process

A successful candidate will possess:
Strong analytic skills; Ability to analyze quantitative and/or qualitative data;
High proficiency in distilling massive amounts of data
Strong work ethic; excellent attention to detail; ability to collaborate effectively with others
Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines; demonstrated poise and grace under pressure; demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness; ability to build relationships and work well across functions

• Good Excel skills
• College degree in a related discipline
• Related experience preferred
• Experience working with CRM systems preferred
