  • Review Resumes of Temp Candidates for initial screening
  • Schedule/coordinate phone interviews between candidates and Supervisors
  • Field logistical issues associated with phone screening or on site interviews (rescheduling, etc)
  • Update tracking spreadsheets for phone and in-person interviews Follow-up with supervisors on feedback. Based on supervisor feedback, update WAND, determine if on-site interview is to occur, or update to denote rejected.
  • Request on-site interview for candidate
  • Schedule conference rooms for interviews
  • Notify security (with green flyer) of interview, supervisor contact info Go into system and update rejects
  • Upon arriving, locker coordination, CFR booklets (order and distribute)
  • Strong organizational skills - Must be able to multi-task and track status in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communication skills - Critical to have strong competencies in written/email and spoken communication
  • Collaboration -Able to identify and articulate obstacles and work well with a variety of leadership personalities
  • Customer Focused - Must be a professional person who is positive and engaged - focused on providing service
  • Basic understanding of GMP Manufacturing requirements; experience in GMP environment a huge plus
  • Proven skill with Microsoft Word and Excel
