Gartner Product & New Business Growth team provides business critical insights using analytics and ensures cross functional alignment (e.g., across Sales, Marketing, Research, Sales Operations etc.,) to drive business growth. We align the highest level strategic priorities with strong day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into growth programs. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.


Gartner is on a journey to accelerate growth, with an objective to drive more consistent execution of sales best practices and at scale. As a Campaign Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our operations to drive new business. You will partner closely with the Product & New Business Growth Director and VP on the team, as well as stakeholders in various functional groups across the organization


College degree
Top-notch written and verbal communications skills
Prior marketing/sales experience is a plus (but not required)
Desire to work in a high energy, fast paced environment
Ability to successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change
Attention to detail
Passion for working with various stakeholders in the organization (sales, sales enablement)
