Project Coordinator I

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. Ideally this person has some experience with projects that have been Cyber Security related, along with experience with Agile project delivery.
Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries and assist with on-going management of project schedules and budgets including raising and management of Purchase Orders within the Enterprise tool.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with team members as well as senior executive stakeholders within the organization to deliver results to tight deadlines. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to assist in ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
Create and distribute meeting minutes as required and ensure all action items are addressed
Assist in breaking projects into doable actions and set timeframes
Assist in assign tasks to internal teams
Assist with schedule management
Assist in the management of the projects Issues and Risks
Assist in ensure stakeholder needs are met as projects evolve
Help prepare and manage budgets
Analyze risks and opportunities
Oversee project procurement management
Assist in monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role with at least 3 year’s experience
Strong experience in Budget and Schedule Managment
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools at least 3 YOE
Minimum of 3 years experience working in Cyber Security
Experience in development lifecycle under the agile umbrella
Able to demonstrate ability to undertake the above responsibilities
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
Experience in Agile methods and tools
Methodical, accurate and consistent attention to detail
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Resilient and able to cope with conflicting demands
Strong communication, interpersonal and team working skills
