Job Description:


•Finance and marketing background. Role is a new tool that org uses for budget managing, finance upload, planning budget of marketing expenses for Client.
•Tool will centralize 4+tool to track expenses, upload invoices, PO's, etc. Data entry into the tool.
•Temp will own all data entry into new tool
•Typical day will be regular 8-4 or 9-5. Spend first couple hours meeting with manager once or twice/week. 80% of time will make sure data is correct, 20% entering. Very head down role.
•Need someone with these skills: Time management, work independently, good with identifying errors in data.
•Ideal: bachelors degree and excel experience, and data entry experience.
•Perfect candidate: Either someone who doesn't have a bachelors degree, but a number of years of experience. Or degree plus a year of data entry experience.
•Not just out of college, need data entry experience.
•Heavily favor someone with experience vs. degree.
•Leadership Principles: Bias for action, ownership and learn and be curious.
•Need someone as soon as possible.

Client's Global Marketing team (XCM) is building the most measurably effective and scalable integrated marketing capability, ever. As Client launches products and services in new areas (e.g. Voice Services, Video, Groceries, etc.), the Global Marketing team invests in longer-term campaigns for awareness, education, engagement, and adoption of these products and services. The Global Marketing team uses a range of marketing channels including TV, print, social, on-site, and on-device in order to achieve Client's most strategic and challenging goals at the lowest possible cost. The Global Operations team collaborates with the Creative Teams and internal partners such as Finance, Legal, and Tax to ensure compliance and data integrity across the globe. XCM Global Operations is looking for an entry level data entry analyst with strong skills in MS Excel, exemplary verbal and written communications, a basic understanding of vendor management and legal agreements, who enjoys working in fast paced, ambiguous environments. This is an opportunity to support a creative team, responsible for producing assets such as video, graphics and photography that will be used across Client retail websites, enabling customers to Client products and services. Your responsibilities will include:

Data entry at a fast pace with attention to detail. Effective communication skills and determination to input data accurately. Ability to work with ambiguity in a corporate environment. Willingness to roll-up the sleeves and get the job done. A strong ability to work with little to no supervision.
