Our Worldwide Operations Recruiting Coordinator (RC) works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization.
The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Client.
This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.

· Scheduling phone, video-conference and in-person interviews; working directly with candidates and hiring managers across North America
· Arranging travel for visiting candidates
· Keeping up to date candidate records in recruiting systems
· Tracking personal recruiting activities with manager
· Coordinating the pre and post-interview meetings
· Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
· Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or relevant coordination experience
• Experience with scheduling in Outlook or a similar tool
• Experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point

· Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
· Excellent professional judgment and decision-making skills
· Adept at learning new software and web-based tools
· Goal-oriented and self-motivated

***Manager Intake Notes***
This position's current business hours are 9-4 but the team is flexible.
After ramping, contractors may have the opportunity to work from home on the occasional case by case basis.
This role is different from other RC roles in that the contractor would be full life-cycle RC, keeping the candidate throughout the entire process of phone screen, on-sites, etc.
They will also be working with a specific internal business and one specific recruiter.
This allows the opportunity to build stronger relationships with candidates and within the business.

The ideal candidate would:
- Have previous RC experience
- Have experience with applicant tracking systems
- Have experience with calendaring
