• What is happening within your team to create this need? We are approaching our peak recruiting season and require additional headcount to accomplish candidate processing requirements.
• What should the candidates expect during your interview process (phone screens, loops, etc.)? 1 phone screen, 1 loop.
• What will the work schedule be for this position (ex: 8-5)? Is there any potential to work remotely? Standard work hours (8-5) with some potential for overtime as required. No, there is no potential for working remotely.
• Please list your top required (must-have) skills for this position: A successful candidate must be detail oriented, extremely organized, and comfortable with accomplishing a high volume of work in a fast paced environment. Effective communication is a must!
• What will be the day-to-day activities for this role? The RC will be responsible for candidate processing, which includes scheduling interviews using a variety of technologies (Salesforce, Outlook, Qualtrics, etc.), responding to candidate inquiries, staffing interview blitzes, and managing candidate application records.
• Is there any potential for extension and/or conversion to FTE (please clarify which applies)? Possibly. We aim to use our contractor pipeline as the primary source for backfilling FTEs.

Services to be performed
Our Recruiting Coordinator (RC) works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Client. This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. Responsibilities:
Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, arranging travel for visiting candidates. Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires. Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email. Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report. Effective utilization of Salesforce, iCIMS, and University Hire. Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency. Assisting in the coordination of events and other recruiting activities as needed.

Required skills
1+ years of Recruiting or HR experience
Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Bachelor’s degree
