Lifecycle Marketing Manager, End-to-End Experience

Responsibilities
Be the single point of contact in the organization for the Digital Media lifecycle marketing customer journey
Design and implement a system for documenting, maintaining and sharing lifecycle marketing customer journeys
Work across teams to optimize transactional and informational messages including but not limited to account creations, password resets, purchase confirmations, download reminders, renewal notices, price changes and product announcements
Consider and optimize for the context of transactional and informational emails alongside marketing messages
Work closely with Privacy Office to document, syndicate and follow policies for the use of transactional and informational messages
Write creative briefs and collaborate with designers and copywriters on new transactional and informational messages

Requirements
At least 5 years of complex, cross-functional project management, preferably on marketing teams
Expert level management of many simultaneous deliverables while meeting deadlines
Expert level written and verbal communication
Expert level problem-solving skills
Expert level attention to detail
Intermediate skills in Workfront or similar project management software
