Summary: Encompasses the application of scientific, mathematical, and statistical techniques in the determination of dimensions, quantity, or capacity of products or processes. Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed. Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.

Requirements: Requires moderate understanding of the general aspects of the job and a familiarity with terminology and procedures. Highly dynamic and fast-moving organization working on the leading edge of new developments. Follows previously defined procedures, but with the ability to make suggestions for improvements and optimizations. Proposes and implements basic solutions to routine problems. Refers atypical or complex problems to others. Works under moderate supervision with some level of autonomy. Provided instructions for routine work. Recommends actions to improve efficiency. Able to perform duties within prescribed time frames and maintain confidentiality. Contacts are primarily within the immediate work group.

Education: AAS Desired
Experience: 0-3 Years

PPE: Standard PPE will be provided

Manager Must Haves:
- Must have a background in scientific measurments
- Background in laboratory testing (Clean room is a plus)
- Solid understanding of Excel and data gathering techniques
