  • 2-4 years of experience supporting the matching team
  • Primary job is to do laminate test conditions for optimization, pre-taping for validation studies.
  • Some testing/buffers as required.

  • Under general supervision, the scope of this position is responsible for assisting Scientists/Chemists in carrying out moderately complex research or production assignments involving a variety of laboratory methods, equipment and procedures.
Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Operates equipment used to manufacture products.
  • Processes conjugate pad generation, to include application of conjugate, drying, slitting, packaging and labeling of conjugate pads.
  • Processing of dried sample pads to support manufacturing strips for the various devices.
  • Responsible for recognizing product or equipment problems that arise during the manufacturing process.
  • Maybe required to assist with the set-up and clean-up of equipment.
  • Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment to include taping of samples required for optimization analysis, confirmation of all bundled strip components. Carry out rematching of conjugate pads when necessary.
  • Document results of testing onto batch records and into spreadsheets as necessary.
  • Has little to no role in decision-making.
  • Demonstrates commitment to the development, implementation and effectiveness of Client Quality Management System per ISO, FDA and other regulatory agencies.
  • Perform other duties & projects as assigned.
  • Understands and is aware of the quality consequences which may occur from the improper performance of their specific job. Has awareness of device defects that may occur in their area of responsibility, including product design, verification and validation, manufacturing and testing activities.
High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in medical technology or vocational training preferred. 0-2 years experience required.
