Responsibilities:
  • Identify qualified candidates through a streamlined sourcing process
  • Understand a client's needs and partner with Account Managers to provide high quality candidates
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with candidates
  • Leverage an applicant tracking system to source, track, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide the highest level of service to offer a positive and memorable candidate experience
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent follow up skills both via phone and email
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and under tight deadlines
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
  • A strong work ethic, high integrity, and a positive attitude
  • Bachelor's degree (highly preferred)
