The hiring manager is looking to hire a Dealer Support Resource located in Vancouver for an initial 10 month contract. This also has the opportunity to extend or go FTE for the right resource. We're looking for a resource with 0-2 years of experience with a degree in Finance or Business ideally. Someone who is hungry to get in the industry, learn and grow - many that have started in this position have become Dealers after this role. Must have great English.
Top 3-5 must have skill sets:
1) The ability to work in a fast paced environment
2) Ability to effectively communicate with employees and clients at various levels (up to C level execs)
3) Problem solving common sense
4) Attention to detail
5) Financial/Business related degree

• Salesforce experience is a plus -
What does a typical day look like?
• Responding to dealer request, day is driven by dealer requests, while working through a set of requirements
• Reviewing accounts, customer interaction
• Prepare and help migrate new customers to new WUBS platform
• Will be a liaison between dealer and new client
• Manage relationship in between (pivot person) and meet deadlines/timelines
• Fast paced; self-starter; professional

• Retail/cashier experience as sole qualifier
• More than 10yrs experience with management
