Change Management Analyst - Large Brewing Company needs a Change Management Lead for Monday-Thursday travel to 7 brewery locations and the project is focused on Enterprise Access Management and SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
Client located in Golden, CO
18+ Month Contract
W2 Only

- Travel is reimbursed
-The rest of 2017 3 weeks traveling 1 week remote per month
-2018 Scendule is 4 weeks a month traveleing

The Change Management Analyst participates in the preparing the organization to receive the new tool, technology, or process that the specific project will deliver.
• Contributes to development of change management strategy, approach and plan
• Conducts stakeholder analysis and impact analysis
• May lead and document as-is and to-be process definition
• Create communication plan, write communications and deliver per the plan
• Understand the basics of project management
• Schedule and attends meetings with Stakeholders and User community, as required
• Identify change implications within the project and across initiatives
• Participate in stakeholder identification and participates in stakeholder engagement activities
• Adhere to the CMT Methodology for deliverables
• Advocate for the role of change management in a culture unfamiliar with the role
• Determine specific organizational and/or job impacts.

• Must be self-motivated and self-directed
• Expertise in application of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) on complex projects with significant impact on people, processes and technology
• Willing to travel occasionally to work with remote project teams and stakeholders
• Must have excellent relationship building and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Strong empathetic mindset required in order to be a successful user advocate
• At least 3 years participating in large-scale organizational change or business process re-engineering
• Effective at building relationships across all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results within time constraints.
