Description/Comment:The Salesforce Developer will work closely with a team of developers, system administrators / business analysts, and product manager to develop the next generation Service Cloud instance for Customer Care. Strong SF Lightning development experience is required to migrate components from Classic to Lightning. You should have extensive experience developing apex classes, VF controllers, and triggers in a CICD environment. You should also be familiar with working in Agile/Scrum, be a key contributor to decisions about declarative vs. custom development in apex, and have expertise using Salesforce DevOps tools.


- Participate in technical design and review sessions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Provide estimates and work breakdown on assigned tasks
- Design, code, test, and document custom apex classes, visual force pages, and triggers
- Work with Salesforce System Admins to ensure optimal balance between declarative and programmatic implementations.
- Integrate with backend billing and customer care platforms
- Provide production support as needed


- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
- At least two Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Administrator
- 4+ years experience as a Salesforce Developer, preferably Service Cloud related at an Enterprise level
Lightning development experience/expertise
· Web Technologies: HTML, Javascript, CSS, jquery, JSON, XML

· Languages: APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce

· Modeling: object model, database model

· Encryption, application security

· DevOps: Github, ANT/Jenkins, Mavensmate

· Agile/Scrum, Jira

· Experience designing web services and integrating with backend APIs
