Job Duration: 6 Months +

Responsibilities:
  • Source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend high-potential college student candidates for employment.
  • Roles will include rotational programs, summer internships, and select entry-level opportunities.
  • Place employment ads on the Internet, Job Boards, Social Networks, and other appropriate sources.
  • Will partner with Early Career Team, HR Business Partners, and Business Leaders to identify employment needs and skills.
  • Will attend college jobs fairs and related events as needed.
  • Extend offers of employment to successful candidates.
  • A limited degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a business related major
  • Minimum 5 years of professional business experience in a fast paced corporate environment
  • Ability to travel to various college campuses, especially during peak periods of August - February
