CLN2 Senior Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive the execution of global cerliponase alfa materials and global CLN2 educational materials for physicians and families
Collaborate closely with regional teams worldwide to ensure strategies and tactics are developed to meet regional needs
Partner with internal and external cross-functional groups (Medical Affairs, Compliance, Regulatory, Development, and Project Management) and external (creative agency and vendor partners) to ensure integration and consistency of marketing plans and regulatory compliance of materials
Led key global strategies, such as congress presence globally including support of scientific symposia, KOL and advocacy engagement / advisory boards and disease awareness initiatives for earlier diagnosis
Oversee market research projects to inform brand development
Support the development of the global brand plan
Operate quickly and decisively in a fast-paced, demanding launch environment
Coordination with medical education and advertising agencies on execution of the following initiatives/tactics:
Support Marketing franchise lead with global advisory board and symposium planning
Project management for global launch materials (eg video-based projets for regional teams)
Support global brand plan documentation
Collaboration with Marketing Director to plan and execute internal franchise team meetings
Management of Compliance/Legal/Medical review process for new/updated materials

8+ years of professional marketing experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals
Strong communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong planning and organization skills.
Preferred:
International experience
Experience working with and managing external agencies including advertising, digital, market research
Experience interaction with KOLs and patient advocacy groups
