Event Support Specialist

This Events Analyst role will be reporting to the Supervisor of Internal Events, responsibilities include:
Handle all incoming requests with a sense of urgency by responding to clients within 24 hours, qualifying requests/assigning to correct recipient ensuring successful completion of requests in our ticket queue.
May serve as a site representative during events working with cross-functional groups, as required.
Maintain a positive relationship with all the members of the Real Estate and Workplace Services Department department and our site customers by providing exceptional customer service experience
Available and responsive to the global nature of the business and have the ability to work flexible or extended hours as necessary
Work with the Salesforce Einstein Analytics tool to interpret data, analyze results and update a presentation template with ongoing report data
Candidate should have strong time management and analytical skills, be organized,detail-oriented and enjoy customer service interactions
Working knowledge of Google Presentations, Salesforce Einstein Analytics Tool is ideal but not required.
