GDPR (Global Defense Posture Realignmentwas implemented on May 25, 2018, and COMPANY needs to ensure we can respond to our Users in a manner consistent with the newly enforceable legislation.

This temporary role will work closely with the Privacy team, and Front Line customer support to act as a champion of ourdata protection policies.  Specifically, this person will help monitor, and answer questions from COMPANY users via the Privacy queue within Zendesk. ​
  • Sample inquiries from users, "how to delete my information," "how to protect my data"?
  • Comfortable with technology, and able to learn and use technology tools, such as Zendesk
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well in fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to decipher and interpret regulatory requirements
  • Strongly prefer candidates with previous customer support experience
Associate's Degree (Community College, MBO)
