Roles and Responsibilities
  • US Market Customer Management
  • Oversight and management of 3PL – includes contracting, business reviews, performance tracking, launch preparations and other projects as needed
  • Manage and monitor daily orders executed by contracted 3PL and resolve any issues, which could result in the shipments being delayed, collaborating with both internal (such Logistics, Finance, etc.) and external customers if delays do occur
  • Primary Customer Management lead for US Trade Specialty team
  • Primary Customer Management contact for US Field Sales team and customer set up
  • Ensure all transactions are complete for month end, from an order management and customer set up point of view
  • Process Improvement Champion
  • Participate in and contribute to end to end order-to-cash program as it relates to the US market
  • Identify and implement opportunities for enhancement of processes to support the US Market and US Field Sales team
  • Lead and implement solutions for sales reporting working closely with Commercial Management, Analysis, Systems, Finance, IM
  • Sales reporting
  • Execute and troubleshoot daily sales reporting with support from
  • Analysis and Systems teams, including month end and quarterly reconciliations
  • International Customer Management Support
  • Provide back up support for global team to execute global orders
  • 5 years in Biotech or Pharma US market customer/order/3PL management
  • Strong communication – written and verbal
  • Experience working with customers and sales teams to drive towards solutions
  • Experience working with accounting on period-end reconciliations
  • Analytical skills with strong knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment with daily critical deliverables
  • Proven track record in process improvement and change management
  • Knowledge of Oracle EBS, Microsoft Office suite,, Access or similar applications
  • Additional language a plus
