This position offers the exciting opportunity to be a part of the Pricing & Product Operations team. The Project Lead, Pricing & Product Operations will be responsible for enabling new product launches and maintenance of existing product lines, in addition to core operational tasks. Successful candidates will be able to work effectively within cross-functional teams to identify and gain agreement on matters related to business strategy and operations, and track all project tasks/issues. This person must be able to successfully engage with business stakeholders and executive leadership within the various teams we support at a global level. The position reports to Manager, Pricing & Product Operations within Global Business Operations.

Collaborates with the other members of the Pricing & Product Operations team on delivering key services/support products
Setting scope/timeline/deliverables for a successful product launch, responding to problems, prioritizing requests, gathering information, sorting through issues and seeking input from others, developing accurate conclusions from findings, making timely decisions to prioritize work, and adapting to change while clearly setting expectations
Coordinate and lead cross-functional meetings, document decisions & follow-up on actions
Manage projects including scoping, planning, tracking tasks/issues, operational requirements, and risks
Track and provide regular status updates on NPIs and product updates
Configure new price books and product SKUs in salesforce systems
Build out discounting structure in our quoting system
Ensure operational readiness for supporting new SKUs, including the following areas: quoting, packaging, discounting, service delivery, service support, invoicing, and sales readiness
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
Project management methodology
2-4 years in complex business and technical environments
2-4 years in the following roles: management consulting, finance, services/support related business functions / products, technical support, sales operations, and project management
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Drive skills
Prior experience as an Analyst, Program Manager, or Project Manager
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Communicate at both the business and technical level (written and verbal)
Solid organizational skills, process orientation, and attention to detail required
Able to think independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts (opportunity to cash)
Product & Price Book management experience is a plus
Technical and functional knowledge of SFA and CRM
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision and excellent follow through with all matters
Detailed, organized, and results oriented
Get it done attitude with a strong sense of team
