Sales Ops Analyst 1

Job Description:
Support the sales team in reviewing and assessing the China pipeline.
Prepare detailed coverage analysis. Partner with the APAC Sales Ops team to streamline and standardize all reporting.
Analyze key performance indicators and operational results.
Drive a Salesforce.com environment and its usage as the single source of truth.
Work closely with diverse user groups including Management and Sales team to deliver timely, accurate and actionable business performance information.
Support quarterly and ad-hoc business reviews, local and APAC Partner with the APAC Program Manager to drive APC initiatives.
Ensure the China sales team and partners are provided with the support needed to help foster success. Review and validate APC partner attainment.
Review and validate Deal Registration. Support any new and existing promotions. Translate communications, if necessary.
Support the partner onboarding process and ongoing status of partner program memberships.
Provide support to the China sales teams in terms of products, policies and operating practices and other sales learning enablement activities.
Support any ad hoc projects related to the China or APAC business.
Review and validate commissions and exception requests.
Partner with the China sales team to review the renewal pipeline, and identify and address any risk.
Assist in enabling distributors to improve the renewal process and drive efficiency.

Requirements:
Excellent application skills including CRM suites, SFDC.
Expertise in Excel Finance and or business operations experienced in the IT space.
Minimum 2 years of related experience.
Strong problem solving skills, analytical capabilities and collaboration skills.
Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be results driven and customer focused.
Role requires familiarity in respect of working with sales people up to a senior level Effective communications skills both written and verbal in English.
Strong quantitative ability.
Good reporting and business presentation skills Can do, will do attitude in supporting the business.
