Job Description:

As a member of our Trailhead Global Operations team, you will be responsible for interacting with the certified
community on a daily basis and supporting the ongoing operations of the Salesforce Certification & Credential
Program. You will manage incoming inquiries and assist customers with questions related to the exams, registration
and cancellation processes, credential maintenance process, and all other aspects of the program. You will help
coordinate logistics and resources for specific processes related to credential maintenance requirements, exams
within the program, and exam development projects. Additionally, you will assist with various program
communications, using email, Salesforce Chatter, and other social communication channels.
· Respond to and troubleshoot customer support inquiries related to the Trailhead Certification & Badge
· Create and run reports to track the status of certification programs and report results to stakeholders.
· Setup and maintain exam configuration to support exam delivery and development projects and ongoing
exam maintenance cycles, using exam management applications.
· Assist with overall certification program communication, using various direct and social media channels.
· Support the Credential Operations team as needed for program development and additional projects.

Required Skills/Experience:
· Bachelor's degree.
· 1-2 years of experience coordinating projects and/or resources in a corporate environment.
· Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proven ability to meet project timelines with quality results.
· Proven ability to understand complex processes and problem-solve.
· Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly and apply skills to projects.
· Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and ongoing projects; ability to estimate time required to
complete projects and meet deadlines; ability to report on progress against tasks and projects
· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Knowledge of cloud-based applications and web meeting / video conference applications.

Desired Skills:
· Experience with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
· Experience with basic formulas in Microsoft Excel (for example, vlookup)
· Experience supporting training or certification programs.
· Familiarity with social media applications, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, message boards, and blogs.
