Description/Comment:
  • The hiring manager is looking for 1 Dealer Support resource located in Toronto. This position will provide support to FX Dealers during the Incoming tuition peak period.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process trades on behalf of Dealers – Incoming transactions, rejections and refund payments
  • Manage transactional queries with clients on behalf of Dealers
  • Assist Dealers in the maintenance of Salesforce.com cases, including Compliance concerns
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuing education and knowledge of Business Solution products and services, as well as the foreign exchange industry in general
  • Perform all other reasonable duties as requested by management or management delegate
Qualifications:
  • 1 year customer service experience (preferable)
  • College or university education, minimum 2 years preferably in business, finance or commerce
  • Customer centric and can-do attitude
  • A high degree of self-motivation, with an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Prior use of and familiarity with on-line technology solutions.
  • Solid computer skills with ability to use MS Office, Excel, Word
  • Strong communication & listening skills with an attention to detail.
  • High degree of professionalism, with a confident, assertive style
  • Team oriented, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic working relationships.
  • Ability to deal effectively with all types of people, build and maintain supportive relationships with key business contacts.
