Studio Managerspartner with stakeholders from the Campaign Marketing teams, Business Units and Agencies to deliver and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives. To ensure success, they foster collaboration by serving as the primary point of contact between the Adobe Studio (creative and production) and all other stakeholders.
Studio Managers are the engine behind the entire creative production process—from consulting on briefs, to resourcing (sometimes outsourcing) to production to asset delivery and archiving. They are responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on brief, on time and on budget.
What you'll do
Manage the intake of requests, development and distribution of marketing materials for a particular product segment or audience (ex: Creative Cloud for Enterprise).
Partner with the Campaign Marketing leaders to clarify objectives, establish priorities and define parameters for successful creative development
Identify and assign resources—both internal and external—for all marketing campaign and asset development and production.
Manage the creative development process, including: reviewing briefs; establishing timelines; critiquing creative; scheduling and guiding stakeholder presentations; delivering and archiving final assets.
Recognize, celebrate, and advocate for outstanding creative that serves business objectives while maintaining and advancing the Adobe brand.

Skills managing an agency partnership, including management of staffing, contracts, production budgets, creative assignments and creative review.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to work with a variety of marketing contacts including peers, channel teams, marketing planners, and creatives to support, advocate for, and help produce great work that delivers on Adobe standards.
Ability to juggle and manage multiple projects, remain open and flexible, collaborate and negotiate for success.
Appreciation for and the skills to work in a high-energy, highly-matrixed organization, with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive to clarity.
