Description/Comment:In this role, you will be the key liaison between business owners offering WU services (Agents) and Western Union for the Know Your Agent (KYA) project for the Americas. Must have great customer service skills (compliance background not a must, but nice to have), Attention to detail, and great communication. They will be expected to communicate clearly to the Agent their tasks and responsibilities associated with the program, and relay information back to key regional stakeholders. In addition, they will be responsible for training the Agents on the KYA information gathering process. Key Responsibilities Include: • Key liaison between Agents and Western Union • Management of issues and escalations from Agents • Review / communicate Due Diligence process for/to Agents • Overall support for Agents in the negotiation, gathering of KYA documentation and data entry • KYA tool training/support Qualifications: • 2-3 years of previous job experience • Previous customer service experience • Excellent people skills • Ability to train individuals on a process and system use • Ability to escalate appropriately • Ability to help troubleshoot issues within a process • Impeccable communication skills • Agility to thrive in a changing environment • Excel Skills
