Job Description:

The Assistant supports the Imagination Center in the set-up, execution and logistics of research projects. The position is responsible for the recruitment and greeting of test subjects, the Imagination Center facility and supporting the Imagination Center Staff.

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Recruiting potential subjects for consumer testing through phone calls and emails.
  • Providing a welcoming atmosphere for research participants and guests, as well as overseeing all participant check-in duties.
  • Entering new participant applications, updating records and some additional data entry responsibilities.
  • Assist with ensuring that testing rooms are set up for research groups, including, but not limited to, moving table and chairs.
  • Responsible for distributing and monitoring incentives for tests.
  • Filing, phone coverage, and supply management.
  • Maintaining the appearance of the Imagination Center daily.
  • Having direct contact with children most business days.

  • Proficient in use of PCs and software including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Be a self-starter/self-motivated.
  • Ability to work in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, which will enable him/her to interact with a range of personalities and styles and to establish effective relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Be trusted and loyal; able to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • The desire and commitment to take on increasingly greater levels of responsibility.
  • Be available for a flexible work schedule, including some evenings, for tests.
Experience:
  • Front Desk Experience a plus
  • Experience with children a plus

Education:
  • BA/BS degree preferred
