Responsibilities:
  • Daily advanced calendaring, meeting preparations
  • Schedule for interviews, internal teams, international guests
  • Book travel, Airbnb accommodations, meal reservations
  • Assist with team events such as team-building off-sites
  • Secure Visa/other documents for international travel
  • Event planning and coordinating for internal teams
  • Accountable for company credit card receipts and expenses
Must Have:
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, courtesy, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, solutions oriented in the face of problems
  • Demonstrate outstanding pro-active and multi-tasking abilities
  • Acute attention to detail and follow through, highly organized
