Roles and Responsibilites 
  • We are hiring for Global Field Team Support for a contract role on Airbnb Plus through September 2018, and potentially beyond.
  • This person will interact with Airbnb partners in the field conducting home visits consisting of inspections and professional photography, helping them to execute against our requirements and maintain a high level of quality.
  • Specifically, this person will handle and respond to inbound support requests, lead photographer onboarding calls, and help develop processes to increase operational efficiency across the Plus Field Operations team.
  • Ideal candidates will have strong writing skills with previous experience supporting or interacting with customers via email.
  • Additional skills include:
  • Ability to operate in a high-paced and constantly-changing evironment with the needs of the busienss
  • Confident and comfortable with ambiguity that stems from a hyper-growth environment.
  • 2 to 5 years of customer servicing experience in hospitality, call centre/contact centre, IT Support, etc.
  • Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly.
  • Active, passionate Airbnb user.
Education:
BA required.
