Marketing Services Specialist to oversee our Digital Asset Management (DAM) System as well as manage daily workflow on a variety of retail marketing projects. Administrative requirements of the DAM System includes training of new users, daily monitoring of asset uploads, weekly & monthly reporting, metadata completion for all photo/video assets, and general user assistance. Assets on the DAM consist of, but are not limited to, photo, video, merchandising, guidelines/toolkits, and related digital content used in the marketing of iRobot and its global partners. You will also be responsible for assisting the DAM Platform Owner on site enhancements and roadmap developments. Working closely with internal stakeholders and outside agency partners, you will manage a variety of marketing projects for the America’s Marketing team. An understanding of maketing timeliens and working with outside agencies to provide strategic project oversight is necessary. You will be accountable for understanding the marketing brief and key objectives of each assignment and apply project management skills, tools, and techniques to manage the scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks. Candidate must be well organized, detail oriented, and have demonstrated project management and planning experience. The ideal candidate should be a positive change agent and motivated to always deliver the best work possible.
Oversees the iRobot DAM to ensure proper file naming, usage rights and metadata completion of all uploaded assets.
Manage the administration of user roles, permissions and areas each user has access to on DAM. Define folder access and keep access updated for all users.
Assist with training and onboarding of new DAM users.
Acts as liason for digital watermarking vendor, Digimarc, to provide monthly reporting on misuse of assets to iRobot legal team.
Works with marketing teams to identify out-of-date digital assets and archives content to a secure digital storage space.
Compile and distribute reports on DAM usage and success
Manage external agency workflow, production schedules and communication with internal business leads for assigned retail marketing creative projects.
Attend creative meetings, track project development, manage timelines, provide regular status updates on all projects.
Provide quality assurance throughout each phase of the life of any and all projects.
Issue agency Purchase Orders and manage quarterly creative budget.
Facilitate internal and regional stakeholder approvals with project management system.
Knowledge of Digital Asset Management and Project Management systems.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office suite, file formats (PSD, INDD, Illustrator, MP4) and high resolution versus low resolution assets
Proven ability to manage multiple requests and projects in a highly matrixed deadline driven environment
Demonstrates collaborative and professional, tech savvy work ethic
Proven track record of multi-tasking, small to medium scale retail creative projects from brief, concept phases, approvals and production
Experience with agency creative processes from brief, ideation, and production
Attention to detail, organization and time management
Ability to foster relationships cross functionally to drive collaboration and consensus
Excellent communications skills; both written and verbal
