Deal Support, Deal Support Specialist: We are continuously looking for talented people interested in working in a fast-paced, cutting edge environment. Our Deal Support team is currently seeking a temporary Deal Support Specialist to join our Client team. This role will be supporting the team throughout the deal cycle and bridging the gap between our sales team and our internal systems. This is an on-site position and will be located in our Chicago office.
Responsibilities:
  • Support account teams assigned to standard and/or strategic accounts, regions or industries, as well as support specific topics on commercial terms
  • Remain highly flexible and prioritize deals, particularly during high-volume times such as quarter-end
  • Complete quote and other data entry in a timely manner to meet internal deadlines
  • Provide basic assistance on commercial questions
  • Proactively support global sales teams in their negotiations with customers and partners on products, deployments and compliancy
  • Maintain a close working relationship with interdepartmental teams (billing, sales operations, legal, professional services)
  • Assist with corporate projects/ initiatives
    Desired Skills & Experiences:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Extreme attention to detail and process oriented
  • Highly flexible with the ability to focus in an unpredictable environment
  • Basic understanding of deal flow
  • Ability to network in different disciplines and departments and to other organizational units
  • Project management skills: candidate should have a basic knowledge about the various business scenarios and the respective process flows and contact points
  • Candidate should be proactive and self-driven with the ability to think creatively.
  • Ability to manage simultaneous projects in a fast paced culture with highest level of professionalism and integrity and the ability to handle and manage confidential information is required.







Job Description

Support account teams on the commercial processes such as: data entry, deal approval, contract routing, identification of regional contacts

Advise team on deal approval status to achieve compliance with internal procedures

Remain highly flexible with the ability to prioritize

Provide basic assistance on commercial questions
