The Business Analyst collaborates with the Revenue Operations business teams and IT teams on requirements, business value scoring and success metrics. The BA drives the requirements gathering process that accurately reflects business needs which includes: risk analysis, as is and to be process documentation, agnostic of a specific technical solution. The BA coordinates end to end UAT cycle. As a Business Analyst, you perform the core duties of a BA and have the ability to manage the delivery of multiple projects concurrently that have moderate to high levels of business or technical complexity and risk that involve multiple business areas and owners. You respond to problems, prioritize correctly, systematically gather information, sort through issues, seek input from others, develop accurate conclusions from findings, and make timely decisions to prioritize and adapt to change. You will interact daily with IT product managers, support teams, cross-functional business teams and global process owners to drive the overall program plans, schedules and ensure the smooth delivery of the business solution and all deliverables.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience at Salesforce or 4-5 years of relevant experience elsewhere in project management and consulting.
  • Has demonstrated clear leadership skills and experience working with large, complex projects;
  • Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams;
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work with deadlines and in a fast paced environment;
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills including receptive listening skills and ability to present complex ideas in a concise and objective manner
  • Comfortable and experienced in presenting to senior level project stakeholders and sponsors, as well as to large audiences
  • Work very comfortable with stakeholders at the department or division level.
  • Juggle multiple issues, set expectations and prioritize accordingly
  • Navigate complex situations involving multiple parties
Familiar with:
  • Sales commission payments, CRM, sales alignment, sales crediting, and quote to cash processes; preferably in the enterprise software industry
  • Agile methodologies and principles
  • Background in business process analysis, requirements, design and quality
