Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Daily Employee Service Center Activities:
  • Respond to a high volume of employee emails and phone calls regarding personal employee information, company programs, benefits offerings, etc.
  • Provide direction to managers and employees on general HR/Facilities processes and policies
  • Review data for accuracy and process onboarding of new hires, including I-9 verifications and E-Verify
  • Monitor, approve, or initiate workflow requests for employee changes in Employee Central
  • Maintain personnel and I-9 electronic files ensuring accuracy of information
  • Research and complete unemployment claims forms
  • Answer questions and triage Facilities related work requests
  • Answer questions and triage HR systems related tickets/requests
  • Support Years of Service Recognition program
  • Support Employment and Income Verification processes
  • At least 4 years' experience in HR and benefits programs required or relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a complex, fast-paced business environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to interface with internal HR staff and all employee levels
  • Must be self-motivated; highly detailed and organized; takes initiative to make or adapt to changes
  • Must be able to work both independently and as a team member and maintain confidentiality of employee information
  • Proficient computer skills, including all Microsoft Office suite, plus SuccessFactors platform or related HCM Cloud Application, and ATS experience (BrassRing) required
