Summary:
  • Provide technical or engineering support to internal and external customers.
  • Perform basic and/or routine assignments, tasks, and maintenance.
  • Demonstrate ability to perform various job tasks and assignments for progression to the next level of Technical Specialist.
  • Conduct training either one on one or in a classroom setting.
  • Provide technical support for data acquisition systems, various types of hardware, maintain inventory, and support various projects.
  • Provide technical support in designated company area or specialized function to include analyzing and evaluating systems, equipment, process improvements, and programs to ensure they are modified, operated, and maintained in accordance with Company policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform under deadlines and time frames to meet certain requirements.
  • Document, support, and coach others in process development, current projects, and offer solutions.
  • Provide support to internal/external customers on SAP PM Maintenance Management System.
  • Work towards becoming a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in regards to developing, maintaining, implementing, and managing in depth Site Specific Maintenance Plans unique to difference pieces of equipment.
  • Design and document process improvements and action plans to implement changes.
  • This role does not function as a technician in modifying, operating or maintaining systems or equipment.

  • Design and Develop Reports and Interfaces
  • SharePoint Development
  • Understanding/Utilization of SAP PM Maintenance Program
  • Understanding of Data Acquisition Systems
  • Ability to learn to interpret codes, regulations and practices
  • Ability to develop planning, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment or individually
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
  • Ability to make sound Decisions and Responses Based on Analytical Data
