Job Description Overview:
  • The Support Associate will lead activities required to support the Client Customer operations for assigned clients. This person will be called upon as a subject matter expert and will manage day to day operational and Technical support.
  • The role will have interactions with both buyers and sellers as our customers and as a main support contact to provide Client support, and technical expertise specifically relating to reconciliation.
  • Works with Buyers, Partners, and Suppliers to ensure ongoing operational function and success
  • Load documents and analyze data reconciliation processes of participating customers
  • Facilitate end to end returns process
  • Communicate reconciliation improvement opportunities to Buyers and Sellers
  • Log Issues with Customer Support Organization
  • Manage data exchange tables with Partner Organization
  • Works with Buyers to ensure successful ordering from Client product.
  • Performs advanced trouble shooting with suppliers and buyers
  • Proactively escalates issues to program managers or management
  • Data and solution process validation
  • Works with other team members to increase technical competency

  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited university desirable
  • Basic understanding of Purchasing and Payment accounting concepts
  • Proven problem solving skills demonstrated through professional experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Proactive customer approach to meet project goals and objectives
  • Strong Customer Service
  • Ability to manage Objection handling
  • Must display critical thinking skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel
  • Exposure to procurement related processes a plus
  • Exposure to cXML/EDI/CSV a plus
