The enterprise marketing team is looking for a campaign content manager to help design and execute a content strategy and plan to support global campaigns which drive awareness and demand for Adobe solutions. This global role will work closely with the enterprise marketing campaign leads, campaign journey managers, creative teams and measurement teams. The manager will ensure marketing assets and content required for campaigns are produced and available to the corporate and regional teams implementing programs. The position requires working cross functionally with internal stakeholders including field marketing, partner marketing, product marketing, communications and sales teams as required. As a member of the marketing team, the manager will champion the concept of integrated, data-driven marketing with world class digital experiences. The campaign asset manager reports to the Director of Campaign, Enterprise Marketing.
What you'll do
The campaign asset manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and tracking content assets for integrated marketing campaigns across all customer journey touch-points.
Content Strategy and Program Planning
Develop the strategy for key content and assets needed for the campaign, partnering with the journey manager to ensure content is aligned with the campaign strategy, customer journey and relevant for the customer across channels.
Share program strategy and solicit feedback from internal stakeholders to create engaging content experiences across customer journeys. Overall project management of content plan. Ability to manage projects to clear deadlines and deliver content in a timely fashion.
Drive content creation, working with vendors, internal creative teams and other stakeholders. Draft creative briefs, provide editorial direction, and edit, as needed.
Package the assets into campaign kits for regional marketing teams to implement as local programs. Manage the campaign bill of materials and assets for easy web-based access. Train and enable regional teams on regular basis. Drive flawless execution of programs.
Work with marketing operations to design success metrics for campaign content. Set goals and measure influence on both pipeline creation and sales revenue.
Work with demand and field marketing teams to find insights for optimizing content for email, landing pages, videos, social and other channels. Communicate recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Plan, track, and reconcile marketing budget for content creation. Show proven attention to detail, with the ability to project manage costs within budget; work to minimize costs and maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
What you need to succeed
5+ years marketing experience in enterprise software or a technology related field
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience required
Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic marketing environment with global stakeholders
Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork & project management skills
Strong communications skills and experience in story-telling
Understand customer segmentation, targeted personas and account intelligence processes to develop effective personalized communication to ensure relevant content reaches the right audience.
Understanding of global content needs and localization
Precise attention to detail with creative acumen— insightful analysis, ability to manage tactical details across multiple projects with flawless execution
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Knowledge of Adobe solutions desirable
