Must have 5+ years of university recruitment, event management, or campus program management experience. If they don't have UR experience,Manager would be willing to look at candidates who have managed large logistic events like Dreamforce, etc. Looking for a mature candidate and positive thinking. Work can get frustrating and wants them to critical think and role with next steps.

Roles and responsibilities
Intern Program manager, creating experience. Help support intern social and community service events. On-boarding large intern groups. Working with facilities, global workstation(laptops), etc. to make sure everyone is ready for day 1.

Description:
The University Programs Team is looking for someone to help support the Global Intern Program

This person will:
• Help support intern social and community service events, executive speaker series to contests, etc.
• Partner with remote site intern leads on administering the internship program at locations across North America
• Plan and execute hackathons and other student focused contests and campaigns
• Assist in the onboarding experiences for interns and new college graduates
• Manage campus ambassador program
• Be a thought partner in developing and maximizing global university programs and events
• Manage internship program budget
• Participate in University Talent initiatives and partner with University Talent team members to deliver best in class services

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of university recruiting, event management or campus program management experience
• Proven track record of building and executing multiple programs
• Exceptional project management and event planning experience
• Creative, out of the box thinker
• Leadership presence and credibility to interact with all levels of employees and stakeholders, including senior leaders
• Thorough understanding of the millennial generation
• Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable about university recruiting best practices
• Passionate about university recruiting and entry level talent
