Job Description:
New project to roll out training and communications for HR Program regarding performance reviews.  Collaborate with HRBPs, HR Technology Systems, and HR Total Rewards and Recognition.  Strong project management and change management experience with HR experience.
  • Define and implement change management standard methodologies to raise the performance level for projects and initiatives
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs as required
  • Work across and support People sub-teams to understand business needs and determine high impact programs
  • Provide methods and guidance to business leaders to make informed decisions which facilitate the adoption of supporting change process
Desired Skills:
You will ensure that change management initiatives and activities are embedded in program objectives, plans, and timelines. You are able to establish key performance indicators and develop metrics to track execution, monitor progress against key change management deliverables and measure success of the change strategies. 

A self-starter with high attention to detail, willingness to focus and contribute, and aptitude to learn and pick up new skills. As this role will work with team members across COMPANY at all levels and with external vendors, stellar verbal, written, and presentation skills is a requirement!

  • Extraordinary interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
  • Highly analytical, comfortable with large data sets, and able to extract business insights from analysis; strong financial modeling or statistical analysis skills are a plus
  • Practical business sense with the ability to understand and articulate the operational implications of strategic business decisions
  • Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a dynamic business landscape
  • Low ego attitude with a willingness to shift from high-level critical thinking to stepping in and helping to drive implementation alongside functional teams
  • 4-6 years experience in consulting, human resources, learning programs and/or human resources role at a tech company; experience with events/event management is a plus
  • Experience in rolling out large scale projects and managing change management 
Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
