• Team is Client Music - Streaming service, similar to Spotify but through Prime. A group of EAs support various directors and VPs in this group.
• Some EAs are on leave, so this role will cover the gaps. Book conference rooms, catering requests, calendaring, etc. More strategic tasks will be given to the right candidate after
• This person is not dedicated to specific charge (director/VP). Direction will be taken from lead EA.
• To start: Around 20 hours/week, part time. If anything changes with other EAs schedules, the team will rely heavily on this person and add hours.

• Schedule will be MWF – 9-5, but HM is flexible with days to accommodate the right candidate. The key is that they are able to keep to a schedule and come in regularly each week.
• No work from home.
• No open headcount currently for conversion, but they will keep an eye out to transition the right candidate.

Top 3 Skills/Experiences:
a.) Need someone who has actual executive assistant or admin experience. Calendaring, large meeting management, expenses (Concur is used, but another tool is fine)
b.) Experience using Outlook – no exceptions.
c.) Level of polish. Well-presented resume, grammar, etc. Communication skills are key.
• 3 years of experience in the above is totally fine, as long as the above is included in that experience.
• The best candidate will have supported an executive at a large company similar to Client. Ie Microsoft or Google, has experience working through all the layers that come with an org of this size.
• Client experience, someone who's been a receptionist at Client would be great. HM could also train someone who has been an Client RC successfully.

A unique opportunity is available to partner with the existing admin team to offer comprehensive support for a highly-distributed global organization. Calendar management, travel coordination, event planning, large internal team meetings and communication, leadership meetings, and project reviews are all key aspects to this role. The role requires strong, concise communication skills and poise and composure.

This role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently on assignments and demonstrate sound judgment. The right candidate will have a strong bias for action and the ability to multi-task a large volume of tasks. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is imperative.

EA Responsibilities
• Partner closely with lead Executive Assistant in Seattle to support Leadership team
• Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings
• Plan extensive domestic and complex international travel schedule
• Manage expenses in a timely manner
• Interface with external partners
• Understand intricacies of cultural differences and operate within multiple time zones simultaneously
• Organize team events, All Hands meetings, Quarterly events, etc.
• Set up of VC connections for conference call coordination and document ownership
• Have exceptional verbal and written communications skills and the ability to switch gears at a moment's notice
• Make smart and timely decisions; understand when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve other parties
• Ability to work with a diverse team
• Drive and track completion of key deliverables and follow-up on outstanding items and other projects as needed
• Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner
