HR Analyst- Workday

The ideal candidate will work closely and partner with HRBP to support large DCV field sales organization. The ideal candidate should have, at minimum strong working knowledge of HR area, and the desire to expand functionality in the following areas: staffing, benefits and compensation, talent and employee relations. Candidate will respond to manage key stakeholder requests with a strong sense of urgency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics with a robust understanding of data, downstream impact of data entry, data validation. This candidate should also have a strong understanding of Workday. This candidate in this role must possess exceptional communication skills, creative problem solving skills and be able to comprehend at a rapid pace. We are seeking a team player with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong working and analytical knowledge of Workday.
Manages, modifies, creates data and reports (excel, exports) for cyclical HR processes
Collects and analyzes reports for field sales client groups on ratings, compensation, time in position, org validation, turnover information etc.
Talent Management/Compensation
Compiles and analyzes talent and compensation reports for HRBP to review and analyze and use for client meeting or session
Validates and enters Talent Management data into eTalent as needed
Validating and entering Compensation data into eCompensation as needed
Assists with management of HR processes for Field initiatives
Collects reports for field equity adjustments and step promotion processes (2x/year) analyzing data and applying criteria to determine eligibility, validates results with HRBPs for communication, prepares spreadsheet for submission for final approved promotions/adjustments with My HR
Serves as key liaison and owner for staffing related activities, key contact for Staffing Partners and first and second line leaders
Acts as communication lead for cyclical HR processes (TM/PM/Compensation) from our COEs – tailoring for distribution and aligning on communication timelines for field sales population
Realignments – Coordinates and manages various activities as it relates to realignments to include liaising with Sales Ops, Staffing, Benefits, etc.
Works closely with HR COEs as needed
Meets/interacts with all levels of sales organization
Liaises with management to discuss & clarify requests by management concerning HR initiatives
Acts as consultant and assists with policy interpretation for all levels of field sales management for HR related content
Transacts in and trains field leaders in Workday, collects and analyzes Workday reports as needed
Manages special projects
Documents/modifies best practices; trains employees on various topics; implement process improvement initiatives
Performs other duties as assigned
