Target Bill Rate Range - $22-$25/hour.

Max Bill Rate - $25/hour

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM - needs to be flexible to work overtime if required

Description:

The Staffing - Administrative Assistant/Secretary role is to support the Human Resources function in delivering on key performance objectives in the realm of staffing, recruitment, and administrative support. This individual is expected to communicate effectively and help manage projects with customers, candidates, and management in order drive business results and goals. The function is dependent upon this individual to own projects related to Human Resources, deliver results in a timely manner, maintain business and functions level of quality, and independently drive results. Position will be in an office environment, however will need to be comfortable with time in manufacturing environment to assist management as needed.

Responsibilities:

 Help Manage Recruitment Process including, but not limited to, compiling background checks, coordinating interviews for applicants, attending career/job fairs, scheduling physicals and assessments, and organizing candidate files
 Perform Administrative Tasks including, but not limited to, answering phone and calling potential candidates and applicants, filing paperwork, faxing and copying materials, performing word processing, composing letters and memos, preparing written reports, scheduling meetings, performing data entry, providing clerical support as requested, scheduling travel arrangements, managing calendars and communicating directly with other associates, customers, and suppliers

Qualifications:

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
 High School Diploma or GED equivalent - Associate's degree preferred
 2-3 years of experience preferred

• Be able to build and maintain constructive relationships with employees
• Possess multi-tasking, organization and time management skills
• Function independently with strong attention to detail
