Job Description:
  • Support operational tasks and projects for the ClientEnterprise Collaboration product organization. Assist with driving tasks to closure, analyzing product usage reports and creating dashboards, and assist with coordinating activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Operations
  • Work with teams to define, establish and maintain KPIs in a balance score card.
  • Working with the relevant team members, build out product usage models by researching and determining key assumptions and calculating users, revenue, costs, margins, etc.
  • Research and assess industry standards, benchmarks and emerging trends in relevant markets and products for comparative analysis.
  • Analyze usage data, spot trends, and develop forecasts.
  • Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate trends
  • Review SOW, create purchase orders, and manage vendors
Project coordination
  • Create, optimize, and drive the overarching plan across projects and cross-functional teams that cover all program requirements with a focus on intersecting points.
  • Identify cross-functional, program dependencies and scope changes that may impact project deliverables and delivery dates.
  • Consolidate input and feedback for status reports or quarterly business reviews.
MINIMUM SKILLS:
  • Basic analytical and strong numerical skills.
  • Knowledge, background and experience using various project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
  • Knowledge and appreciation of business concepts and requirements as applicable to a software business.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports.
  • Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate with others in written and verbal form.
  • Ability to perform analyses of variance between actual costs and budgeted/planned costs.
  • Must be proficient with MS Office Suite products specifically Excel & Powerpoint.
DESIRED SKILLS:
  • Previous experience and background in building business analysis
  • Knowledge and experience in SaaS product development, operations or commercialization.
  • Experience with procurement and/or vendor management
  • Experience with Client applications
EXPERIENCE:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Program, Product, Operations, Finance roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing programs, projects and or initiatives. Preferably in a high tech environment.
  • High proficiency and expert level with Excel is a must, as is the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
